Google Classroom
Hello, my name is Chris Quarrie. As the new supervisor of Google Classroom, the exclusive Google Apps for Education (GAFE) Learning Managment System here at Google, I have been tasked with improving the Google Classroom interface.
Google Classroom launched in 2014, with the aim to simplify the creation, distribution and grading of assignments, while also providing an interface for student-teacher communication. |

While other LMS services offer similar features, Google classroom seamlessly incorporates many Google apps like Google Docs and Google calendar in one. It is currently only available to schools with a subscription to Google apps for education. People like features such as its ease of use and accessibility from all devices. They like the effective communication, sharing and feedback. They also support its familiar, Google-style clean and user-friendly interface.
While Google classroom has been improving since 2014 with new features being released all the time, such as teacher checklists and post-dated release of assignments, we realize that interface is still missing important elements that teachers have been asking for. I would like to introduce you to the new and improved Google classroom, an LMS that will motivate students and provide the very best online solution to all teacher needs.
